Ms. Hannigan is a vocational consultant, vocational expert witness, counselor, and business owner since 1995.  Previously was the Colorado Manager of the American International Health & Rehabilitation Services in Colorado from 1990-1995, with three offices and 25 staff of vocational counselors and nurse case managers.  Professional experience from 1984-1990 included work as a counselor, case manager, district supervisor of three Western Montana offices, and forensic vocational consultant withVocational Resources, Inc, in Missoula, MT.

Ms. Hannigan obtained her Masters’ Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from Drake University, and is a Diplomate with the American Board of Vocational Experts.

Have been recognized as an Vocational Expert for testimony in Federal, State, and District Courts as well as Arbitration settings and Administrative hearings for workers’ compensation. Experienced with Railroad (FELA), personal injury, auto liability, ADA claims, wrongful discharge, Long Term Disability, and workers’ compensation cases in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, California, the Dakotas, and Idaho.
